As an intern at SMG you’ll jump-start your career in the right direction! All Interns work closely with our professional client service staff in one of our many practice areas. Experienced staff will guide you to put into practice the theoretical knowledge and concepts you have studied in the classroom.

Our goal is to prepare today’s students to become tomorrow’s leaders in the Real Estate industry. At SMG, we think of your internship experience as a chance to challenge yourself and reach new professional heights. Many of our interns succeeded in rising to the challenge and are now full time members of the SMG Team.
The Process…
SMG attends a variety of Career Fairs in the spring and fall during our campus recruiting process. Resumes are collected and questions are answered in a face-to-face setting with our managers, staff, and HR representatives. Interviews are set up after the career fairs with qualified candidates to explore your areas of interest and qualifications for our opportunities.
Remember, it is never too early to begin your career!
